We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and improve our services; to respond to your inquiries and schedule appointments; to send service, billing, and account communications; to send marketing communications you have consented to receive; to process payments; to protect against fraud and misuse; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) and Consent

These providers may process your information only to perform services for us and are obligated to protect it.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Communications records are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
